About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starting Secretary/Administrative Assistant to temporarily join our Private Client team in our busy Ipswich office. The role requires the need to be self-motivated, flexible and with a drive and passion to ensure an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained. You will have excellent audio typing and general secretarial/administrative skills with the ability to communicate effectively. You will be confident in learning and understanding various systems and have the ability to switch between these systems while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. A strong aptitude for working with data and software packages is essential.
