Following the promotion of the current postholder, the school is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a candidate with the right skills and aptitude to lead a key area of the school.

The post would also suit both a current senior leader wishing to experience a further opportunity in a dynamic, fast paced school or a middle leader looking for their first step onto leadership, where you will be supported to achieve the very best. You will be energetic, have high expectations, be intuitive, systems driven and not afraid of demanding work, complementing a talented and committed SLT. The successful candidate should be able to deliver a behavioural model which is clear, effective, promotes rewards and builds trust and confidence in staff, pupils, and parents. We are seeking a talented individual who exerts presence and demands excellence. You will line manage a team comprising Heads of Year ( teaching ) and Pastoral Support Officers ( non-teaching) playing a key role in the evolvement of the school.
