We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie at The 5 Star Edwardian Manchester Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.
Overview:
- An amazing opportunity to join the The Edwardian Manchester Hotel as a Chef de Partie, this role comes with forward progression within Edwardian Hotels.
- As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for ensuring that the highest quality of food is prepared and served and assist in overall quality control across the kitchen.
- Support in the training and development of junior chefs within the team.
- Partner with the Front of House Team to ensure smooth food service to guests.
About You:
- Be passionate about food and keen to learn and develop new cooking techniques.
- Hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate.
- Have current experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie within a fresh food led operation.
- Confidence to communicate with other chefs and build rapport amongst the team.
