CHC Nurse Assessor (Outside IR35)
Eden Brown Synergy are currently working alongside an ICB to recruit a CHC Nurse Assessor (Band 6) for a rolling contract that falls outside IR35.
Our client are seeking an experienced RGN to support the CCG navigate through a caseload of assessments. The expectation for this role would be to complete x4 DST's per week as well as completing reviews and assessments in line with the continuing healthcare frameworks.
Your responsibilities for this role will include:
- Some travel per week.
- Completing DSTs, reviews and checklists.
- Minimum 12 months experience working in CHC.
- Qualified AHP (Nurse, OT, Physio or OT).
