Dynamic Fibre is looking for an experienced Splicers
We are seeking a highly motivated Splicer to join our team. The Splicer will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the installation and maintenance of fiber optic cables. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Splice fiber optic cables and maintain existing fiber networks
- Safely operate tools and equipment, including fusion splicers and OTDRs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective work processes
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
- Respond to emergency situations as needed
- Accurately record work completed and other relevant data
- Communicate with customers regarding service interruptions and scheduled maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
