DSV are recruiting for a Freight Forwarder working within our Aerospace & Defence team at London Heathrow. This role will support our day-to-day operations supporting both existing and new customers.

• The successful candidate will work within a well-established department handling both imports / exports, they will report into their supervisor and aim to achieve monthly targets and KPI’s.
• The candidate must have strong knowledge of air freight operationally. Knowledge of road freight is favourable but not a requirement.

Key Tasks

• Dealing with time-sensitive shipments – both Import and Export
• Assisting with Data Quality elements of the department
• Working closely with supervisors to achieve monthly KPI’s & targets

Skills and Competencies

• Strong air export background required
• Able to work and perform well within a team whilst under pressure
• Ability to multitask to get the job done efficiently
• Knowledge of air imports is favourable but not a requirement
• Knowledge of road freight is favourable but not a requirement
