DMJ are pleased to be supporting an established steel trading company in their search for an Assistant Company Secretary. This is a part-time position (15 hours per week) best suited to individuals who enjoy working autonomously.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for the full provision of the secretariat function. You will deal with all corporate governance matters, regulatory filings, and KYC processes; you will draft resolutions and board meeting minutes, maintain statutory records, and liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the company and its subsidiaries.
