Reporting to the VP, Product for Diligent Market Intelligence, you will lead the strategy, roadmap and evolution of Stewardship Intelligence—one of DMI’s core data products. Stewardship Intelligence provides meeting, executive compensation, corporate governance and proxy-voting intelligence to institutional asset managers, stewardship and governance professionals, compensation advisers and consultants, and corporate issuers.  You will lead both Product Management and Research. This is a domain-led role: substantial experience in stewardship, proxy voting, corporate governance, executive compensation, investor relations or a closely related capital-markets domain is required.
