Job Title: Freelance Digital Marketing Manager

Diane Hill, an artist creating wall art, wallpaper, fabric, and accessories from her original hand paintings on silk, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced digital marketing manager to join her team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to promote the Diane Hill brand and drive sales. This is a unique opportunity to work with a creative artist and to help scale her unique brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Diane Hill to develop and implement a digital marketing strategy for the Diane Hill brand and future teaching brand.

• Manage the Shopify content strategy, including administrative tasks such as uploading new products and collections, optimising the site for for search engine performance and conversions. As well as analysing website data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Craft new offers and promotions to drive sales

• Create and upload blog posts alongside Diane Hill and her copywriter, and promote these across all social media channels.

• Implement periodic website testing through varying devices to ensure that all pages, content, and user journeys are functioning correctly.

• Manage all social media channels, including creating content utilising Diane Hill's video and photo library and ensuring that engagement is always strong.

• Coordinate and build the email marketing strategy, working with lead magnets to build the mailing list, nurturing campaigns, and creating a weekly newsletter.

• Manage email flows and automations

• Later in the year, manage the creation of a new online course (with the potential for many more courses) using the Kajabi platform to design high-converting sales pages and uploading all of the content onto the platform, followed by a structured marketing campaign.

Skills and experience:

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving results.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and all social media platforms.

• Experience using Shopify (or similar) to manage websites and optimize them for conversions.

• Experience with email marketing, preferably using Klaviyo.

• Experience with blog post creation and SEO.

• Basic understanding of the ETSY online marketplace.

• Experience with Pinterest and creating winning pins to drive traffic.

• Experience with content creation tools such as Photoshop and Canva.

• Ability to learn and understand new platforms and apps quickly.

• Basic understanding of Google Analytics for data collection is essential.

• Understanding of Facebook and Google shopping ads would be a bonus.

• A creative eye is preferred as well as basic design skills for creating visual content.
