Position: Warehouse First Line Manager x7
Location: Stanton - IP31 2BG
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday either Fixed Earlies 6am-2pm OR Fixed Lates 2pm-10pm OR Nights - Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6am

• Deliver team performance reviews, development and/or succession planning as required
• Ensure compliance standard operation procedures (SOP's SSOW's and RA's)
• Manage attendance in accordance to company policy
• Build and demonstrate an in-depth operational awareness of all areas of the business, working closely with the shift manager sharing thoughts and ideas to move the site forward
• Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced
