Shift pattern: Rotational any 5 from 7 06:00am - 14:00pm and 14:00pm - 22:00

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Update the Mars slot booking system with all required time stamps so that DHL meets its contractual obligations and Mars know the operational status at the site.

Answering telephone calls from internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with internal and external contacts to ensure clear visibility of what is happening in the department.
General ad hoc administration duties as requested.
