Location: Birmingham
Contract Type: Full Time (Permanent)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm, & 2pm to 10pm

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (Dependent on Experience)

• Responsible for delivering training to colleagues on all levels, both new and existing employees
• Able to deliver training both classroom and operational based
• Update and maintain training records for all colleagues
• Forecast training for new starters
• Update work instructions within business requirements

• Strong communication skills with colleagues on all levels
• Training Background would be desirable
• Able to adapt approach to training delivery based on colleague skills & knowledge
• Strong IT Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Packages
• Experience within management level division - desired
