Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Manton Wood
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours - working 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7am and 8pm (some Saturday working may be included)

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

• Investigating and solving customer queries within a timely manner - both over the phone and through email
• Collecting Proof of Delivery notes from hauliers and managing the records in the system
• Liasing with customer delivery and collection points to handle any queries and issues
• Live monitoring of the schedule throughout the day
• Supporting driver queries with live issues

• Customer service experience is essential
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail
• Resilient with conflict management skills, is an advantage
• Strong IT skills - knowledge of Microsoft Applications, such as Teams, Outlook and Excel
