Position: Customer Delivery Assistant
Contract Type: Permanent (Part-Time)
Location: HMP Guys Marsh / HMP Portland
Salary & any shift premiums: £12.46p/h
Shift patterns: Wednesday (15:30 - 21:00), Thursday (125:30 - 21:00), Friday (08:00 - 17:00)
Overtime available: Yes
Closing Date: 8th February 2023

• Manage the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders
• To ensure all canteen duties, procedures and processes are completed and adhered to in order to provide a high level of service is received by the customer.
• Compliance to all work instructions.
• Full compliance with all Health and Safety regulations. including compliance to all H&S RA's, SSoW and reporting / investigation
• Working in compliance to HMP rules and regulations

What do we need from you?

Insert requirements, MHE experience? Warehouse experience? Chill departments? Heavy lifting?

• Operating of Mechanical Handling Equipment
• Operating IT-systems and processing paperwork as required
• Are flexible in approach to work, and work effectively as part of a team, providing support in resolving problems and have a can do, right first time and passionate approach
