Sewing Machinist

Location: Northern Uph, Doncaster, DN6 7BD

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time. 40 hours per week.

Shifts: This role will operate on our afternoon shift - Monday to Thursday 2.00pm to 12.20am.

Salary: You will be paid a training rate until you are up to speed - then you will be paid piecework (so you will be rewarded for the more you make)

We're looking for a Sewing Machinist to join our fast paced Manufacturing team at our Northern Uph manufacturing site on a Permanent basis. A Sewing Machinist is a role to start building a rewarding career and making yourself at DFS.

A Sewing Machinist at DFS is a fantastic opportunity to be highly rewarded for the effort that you put in to the role. Our Sewing Machinists have experience of lockstitch, overlock and zipping and have the ability to work in a high volume environment.

You will need to have experience of using sewing machines and using different materials. You will need to enjoy working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
