Role Purpose


We have recently launched our brand new in-house creative marketing agency "D-Studio". This partnership will allow all functions, teams, and individuals across Danone to work directly with a 12-strong team of creative experts in order to create best-in-class creative assets. The primary mission of this role is to help drive the success of D-Studio through the overarching management of the studio, including but not limited to, acting as the primary point of contact with Danoners at all levels from across the business to help them realise their creative goals, and managing the output of our creative experts, as well as ensuring efficiency and excellence in all working processes.


This role is a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in shaping best-in-class ways of working between Danone and the Studio, which will ultimately determine the overall success of this exciting partnership.


This role would suit someone from a Marketing Agency background who has sat in an Account Management role that involves mainly client relationship management with some creative input. Or, a Brand Manager who has extensive experience briefing creative agencies as part of their role.


Please note, this is a 12-month FTC role which is likely to go permanent for the right person.


Role Focus

  • Being part of the extended D-Studio team and supporting them in workload prioritisation as well as managing stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Supporting the Head of Integrated Customer Experience in shaping the scope of work approach and management
  • Supporting non-marketing functions with briefings, giving feedback & how to get the best out of the studio
  • Working with the D-Studio team on quarterly reviews, with a continuous learning mindset on how we can improve the way of working & quality of output
  • Continuing to embed & champion the D-Studio within Danone, thinking about how we can integrate them and make sure they feel like "Danoners"
  • Helping entire business understand how to work with the D-Studio team and get the best output
  • Connecting with Global Danone D-Studio lead to tap make sure we are leveraging the wider D-Studio network and sharing learning

  • Experience working with creative agencies, including briefing and giving feedback on creative
