We are looking for a talented Marketing Operations Placement Student specializing in Digital Media Production to join our U.S.-based Visual Communications team in Huddersfield.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Assist with upload of historical media into media asset manager, viewing, uploading and tagging media.
• Edit digital media and create video graphics for both individual media projects and a graphic library.
• Create quarterly team self-promotion materials (e.g., sizzles, intranet page portfolio, etc.) with input from video and design team managers; upload to team site and write internal brag posts.
• Launch new self-service digital and media solutions to organization; participate in design/media workshops and advise communicators and marketers on effective use
• Explore third party offerings to inform the creation of / create templated digital media and promotional video solutions that will be offered as self-serve solutions.
• Gather and report on metrics of self-service tool usage.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• To be studying for a Media, Digital Media Production or Marketing degree
• 1-3 years experience in design or digital media environment
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experience using a video camera, including use of a digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) camera preferred
• Effective written, oral communication skills with flexible and proactive attitude and a desire to learn and take on responsibility
