This hands-on supporting role requires a proactive and resourceful team player looking to learn and grow within the company. Day-to-day duties will be varied - you will be responsible for receiving daily goods-in deliveries and stock taking, as well as liaising and arranging couriers and physically packing up daily shipments. Alongside this, you will be assisting production and client services teams with administrative tasks, data entry, coordinating logistics as well as general support in the up-keep of the studio.

The successful candidate will have an energetic and flexible attitude, and demonstrate excellent organisational skills with a systematic approach to prioritising tasks and an excellent eye for detail. You will enjoy being practical and working at a fast pace, and acting as a pivotal support within the company, working across the teams with no two days the same.

It will be a great chance to get to know the processes within the company with good growth potential, particularly for someone interested in moving into clothing production or client services roles.

General Duties:

  • Receiving daily goods in deliveries, stock counts, quality control and logging details onto systems
  • Stock handling, packing internal and external shipments to guidelines
  • Booking and liaising with couriers, tracking shipments and assigning to client jobs
  • Studio based admin such as prep for client meetings, ordering and keeping stock of studio provisions, packaging, stationery and printing supplies
  • Responsible for studio facilities such as food/drink/stationery/packing
  • Keeping studio tidy and organisation of warehouse
  • Assisting client services team with administrative tasks including couriers, spreadsheets and purchasing retail items
  • Assisting production team with administrative tasks including data entry and logistics
  • Re-organisation of production samples including photographing products, data entry, labelling
  • Researching trends, products, clothing and accessories brands
  • Assisting accounts with admin; chasing invoices etc.
  • Assisting Studio Manager e.g Health and Safety, Maintenance
  • Assisting client team with sample orders

About You:

Required:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills on email and phone
  • Fluent English
  • A hands-on approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly and helpful
  • Confident and driven individual, able to be self-motivated
  • Excellent word processing/spreadsheet skills
  • Organised with data, logical thinker
  • Enjoys working in a team
  • Experience with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in growing within the company

Beneficial:

  • Experience with relevant Adobe products is beneficial, but training will be given
  • Experience working with luxury brands or clothing is beneficial
  • Other languages are beneficial but not essential
  • Knowledge of Mac and G-Drive beneficial
