An exciting opportunity which has arisen for a receptionist to join our team.
We have residents staying onsite, a number of office lets plus function rooms available on a daily basis, so you will be dealing with long term residents, regular attending office staff and one-off function clients, which will utilise all your communication skills and professionalism.
A pleasant, professional personality in smart attire is what everyone wants to see when entering our business.
The hours of work will consist of 40 hours covering two shifts, from 7am until 3pm and from 3pm until 11pm, 5 days out of 7. This may be morning, late shift or a combination, on any five days from Monday to Sunday, so flexibility is required.
You will create the first impressions and from the moment people walk through the door to the time they leave, your welcoming words and smile will help them feel at ease.
You will be a positive and engaging professional with a passion for making people smile and will receive everyone in a professional and friendly manner.
As the front-facing member of the team, you will ensure you are always presentable, engaging in positive communication with the team and department, always acting as a professional and delivering consistently exceptional service to all guests.
The role
· General light reception duties ideal for someone looking to gain. experience is not required as full training will be given.
· Duties include general enquiries either in person or by phone, sorting post and some light cleaning of the reception area. Additional duties may be required.
· Keeping the area clean, tidy, and running smoothly.
Additional information
· Hourly rate is up to £11.42 per hour
· Uniform is provided.
· 28 days holiday per year for a full year commencing 1st of April.
