Job Description


As Growth Project Manager at COS, you will be driving business development through projects that supports our overall strategic goals and brand mission. Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. In this role, you are skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that you oversee.

What you will be doing


  • Responsible for developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage projects according to expected benefit, project objective, scope, quality, budget and timelines, the project team and the roll out
  • Contribute to a people first working environment, supporting actions based on annual HR goals
  • Collaborate with any number of functions and across the Growth team, contributing to an efficient—and informative workflow and lead towards the set long-and short-term goals
  • Co-ordinate internal and external resources/third parties for a flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure successful business implementation of projects, setting up sustainable work processes within the business functions together with Management and function heads
  • Work and liaise with all departments including Logistics, Buying, Accounting, Marketing and IT
  • Support function heads and line managers in resource planning and training of teams
  • Manage the relationship with the internal teams, stakeholders and third parties/vendors
  • Led by the Brand ID and Growth playbook plans drive prioritised projects to support COS to develop improvements across the customer experience journey
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Develop a detailed project plan. create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Constantly follow up on and revisit project goal to ensure an accurate delivery
  • Provide structural ability, work methods, and project management methodology (e.g. risk management, process management, stakeholder analysis)
  • Identify new work processes and resource needs in the implementation, maintenance, and post launch phases
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, budget follow-ups
  • Demonstrate proactive leadership skills to manage changes in project scope, scheduling and costs
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks
  • Show solid approach to IT development and web technologies
  • Follow up on project success and identify areas of improvement for future projects

Qualifications
  • Experience working in either physical or digital expansion Project Manager roles
  • Experience working within the retail industry.
  • Experience working on omnichannel projects
  • Demonstrate analytic and problem-solving skills, perseverance and the ability to thrive in a changing environment for you and your team in a sustainable way
  • Act through strategic thinking and input to future improvements/business plans, act proactively and timely to handle risks and problems and take decisions according to the objection
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Enjoys working in an international environment.
  • Proactive approach to work tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong organisational skills to be able to coordinate multiple projects at one time.
  • Have the future way of working in mind when creating processes
