We are looking for exceptional Customer Service professionals to join our Surveyor booking team at our National Operations Centre based in Castle Donington, Derby, which is easily assessable by public transport.
About the role:
This is not a sales role so there will be no cold calling but you will be providing a telephone-based booking service for our clients who have instructed us to conduct residential surveys in relation to mortgage valuations. You will provide administration support to Surveyors, Regional Management Teams and build / maintain strong client relationships with lender partners. Delivering a proactive, professional, and productive service. Ensuring that you are always delivering service excellence.
Who we are looking for:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexible approach to working hours as we are open 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 5pm on Saturdays
- Computer literate i.e., good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Someone is who is Committed and reliable
- Proactive and has a ‘can do attitude’
- Organised and adopts a structured approach
All round team player, focusing on the accomplishment of team goals as well as individual targets
