The Role
We are looking for a Team Assistant to support the Classified Department and Classified Director within the Commercial function of Condé Nast UK. You will become a key member of the Classified team working closely with Managers, Sales Teams, and the Senior Classified Coordinator, meanwhile you will be responsible for providing professional, proactive, and confidential support on a day-to-day basis for the Classified Director.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing administrative support ideally in a dynamic, busy environment. You will have a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and have a calm/level headed manner. Good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail are also important.
The Team
Classified is a fast paced highly successful sales team, comprising 30+ team members who are responsible for selling and processing over 1,000 advertisements each month across Condé Nast’s brands in both print and digital.
What will you be doing?
  • A first point of contact with CBO’S, heads of departments, clients or other Condé Nast employees on behalf of Classified Director or Classified team members
  • Onboarding new starters (organising equipment, systems access, training, office tours) and administering leavers
  • Organising department internal meetings and events; in addition to keeping the team informed of company meetings or briefings
  • Arranging the logistics for any meetings including booking meeting locations, systems, and refreshments
  • Preparing sensitive documentation for the Classified Director, including monthly target sheets, monthly revenue reports, pagination reports, and forecasting
  • Supporting the Classified Director with department recruitment
  • Assisting with monthly reports, presentations and documentation; including keeping the department files up to date
  • Liaising with other departments where necessary
  • Organising rotas and general office organisation
  • Ensuring smooth day to day running of the office
  • Support with the Senior Classified Coordinator’s responsibilities when they are on leave
  • Perform any other PA related duties or projects for the Classified Director as requested
Who you are:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Extremely organised with good time management skills and able to prioritise efficiently
  • Able to build rapport with both internal and external contacts, at all levels and with ease
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Highly confidential and discreet on all matters
  • A friendly, personable, productive and patient manner
  • Knowledge of Office/GSuite/Google Calendar would be an advantage
