The Role
Specific duties of the Marketing & Events Executive include:

Company Marketing

• Support MD on both company's marketing strategy and tasks as appropriate
• Take ownership in the management of POS marketing assets
• Assist on product launches
• Create web listings and undertake general admin on the website
• Create Blog post for all brands

Events and Samplings

• Organise and run all consumer events, and work in partnership with the sales team on the organisation of trade show.
• Organise and run our onsite events like tasting evenings and other events.
• Take the lead on in-store sampling and developing this programme to ensure a positive ROI
• Working with the sales team to develop and implement in-store strategies
• Attending trade shows both here in the UK and international as a brand ambassador.

Brand Partnerships

• Working on creating mutually beneficial partnerships both on and offline for both brands

Social Media

• Everyday management of both company accounts: reposting stories, replying to messages, and scheduling content
• Helping to create engaging content for all channels
• Develop campaigns
• Manage giveaways, social collabs and partnerships.
• Experience creating reels on social.

Admin

• Ad hoc marketing admin as and when needed
• Manage and maintain sample stock in the stock room
• Process sample requests (e.g. PR samples and influencer samples)

Marketing & Events Executive applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Marketing experience, preferably in the food industry (min 1 year).
• Degree-level education (Ideally in Sales or Marketing)
• A confident and outgoing personality who can do public speaking about our brands.
• A can-do attitude, and willingness to work hard and adapt to fast-paced start-up culture
• Knowledge and experience using mainstream social media platforms
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task
• Great copywriting skills.
• Basic graphic design skills would be advantageous.
• A love for all food & drink, lifestyle, and design.

The working week is Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00. However, some weekend will be required for trade shows and consumer events as well as international travel.
