We are looking to hire Graduates in our Business Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across the entire Business Operations department and work with a mentor that has also been through the programme.
What do the team do?
- We provide business support across all products, platforms and services at CMC Markets.
- This includes trading operations e.g. trade support, corporate actions, settlements and reconciliations, plus client payment operations, product data operations, complaints handling and regulatory operations.
What will you learn?

- You will have great communication skills and enjoy being part of a team.
- Degree classification - minimum 2:1
- You will have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- A keen interest in Financial Services
