The successful candidate must have digital marketing and google advertising experience; a positive ‘can do’ attitude, extremely well organized and offer a first-class customer service at all times. You must be proactive in your work ethic and thrive within a busy environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies, managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content.
Job spec:
Develop and execute digital strategies that drive engagement
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management
Create and edit digital content, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, and graphics
Write compelling copy for digital campaigns and advertisements
Carry out property valuations for lease
Complete property onboarding/offboarding procedure
Negotiate lease contracts with clients
Notifying tenants of upcoming inspections and maintenance work
Maintaining property records, including signed leases, official complaints and log of income and expenses
Managing lease renewal and end of tenancy processes
Managing complaints from landlords, tenants and other relevant parties
Character profile:
Strong understanding of social media
At least 2 years experience in digital marketing/Google advertising
Must have excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and time manage
Professional communication skills
High level customer service skills and experience
Able to work independently and be a problem solver when required
Professional appearance
Must have full clean driving license
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
