The Role Cleverchefs are on an exciting journey growing in different sectors of the contract catering world from education sites, workplace & leisure sector.

We are looking for an organised natural born leader to take control of our mobilisation, training and development. With sites opening across the south & central regions of the UK this is a role that will see the candidate take control of all projects that arise company wide.

The Person We are looking for someone treats organisation like a hobby, we want the kind of person who likes to spend there spare time categorising things. All jokes aside we want a to speak to candidates that have a knack for getting the best out people.
You will have craft based skills and love food, but being just a chef just won't cut the mustard, you will need to have exceptional customer service and training skills. A large part of this job will be putting process in place so you will need to be a real self starter, not afraid to make decisions and lastly you must be a creative genius.
