Are you looking to join our remarkable team of Care Assistants/Support Workers who spend every day making a difference to people's lives?
We are looking to grow our team and are looking for compassionate, kind and supportive people to become part of our proud and dedicated team at Advantage Healthcare. Experienced paediatric support workers to support a 7 year old male.

What skills and experience you will need:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to care for a 7-year-old boy with Grade 5 Cerebral Palsy. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEN experience & able to provide physical support and emotional encouragement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily assistance with implementation a comprehensive daily rehabilitation program
- Assist with daily facial, hands and feet massage, develop stepping and walking skills
- Assist with sensory play to build cognitive development
- Engage with visual development games via technology
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for the child.
- Monitor and support the child's progress in therapy sessions.
- Accompany the child to appointments and activities as required.
- Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and healthcare professionals.
- Assist Mobilisation and movement to improve and maintain respiratory health.
