As Pool Bar Assistant, you will be serving food and drink to all guests from the hotel, spa days and our members, ensuring the smooth running of the Pool Bar on every shift.

• Experience waiting in a restaurant or café environment is essential
• Excellent guest service skills
• Drive and passion to seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests
• Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleagues
• A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude

Key responsibilities of the Pool Bar Assistant:

• Provide our 5 star service to hotel guests and members to establish a courteous, helpful and friendly attitude at all times
• Take and serve orders and provide any nutritional or allergen information requested
• Ensure bills are cashed with care taken over correct charging to rooms, payment methods and any discounts given
• Clear tables in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the pool bar is well kept and ready for guests
• Ensure food and drinks are stored correctly and is used in the correct date order
