We are looking for a Recovery Worker to join our multidisciplinary team based in Wellingborough to support individuals with their drug and alcohol issues. As an Alcohol Lead, you will play a vital role in delivering 1:1 support and group work to help people on their journey to recovery.
No two days will be the same, and we believe in treating every person as an individual. That's why being flexible, curious, and a good listener are essential qualities for this role. You will also be responsible for keeping accurate records of your work, so if you enjoy paperwork and attention to detail, this role is for you.
