YOUR ROLE

Our Operation in Doncaster is looking for a focused and meticulous Warehouse Supervisor, where you will ensure the safe and efficient running of operations in order to meet customer expectations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Shift Manager, you will lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Operatives and Team Leaders to ensure operational excellence. You will ensure that all warehouse operational tasks are allocated and carried out to the highest standard to achieve operational performance and KPI targets. Day to day you will manage the planning and deployment of resources but also attendance, sickness, return to work and investigations. You will be responsible for housekeeping standards and continuous improvement within the warehouse.You will ensure that all Health and Safety rules and procedures are adhered to as well as the H&S Ceva compliance guidelines are followed.

This is a Sunday to Thursday role, 10:00pm to 6:00am.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who comes from a similar logistics environment. You will need to have demonstrable experience leading, managing and motivating a team and will ideally come with some knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems. You will need to be able to work in a fast paced and pressurized environment, be reliable and punctual and have a flexible approach to work. You will be energetic and enthusiastic with a results-driven, continuous approach. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills will be key as there will be regular interaction with the customer.
