School Receptionist & Admin Officer

Working front of house at our Cambridge English Language school is a fun, varied and diverse experience.

Our vibrant school is based centrally in Cambridge. You will join us as part of the Student Services team, responsible for providing a welcoming and customer-focused front of house service. In addition, you will help to manage bookings, student accommodation and provide administrative support to your team and our students.

What will you need to be our next School Receptionist/Admin Officer:

• You’ll have some experience of reception and/or administration previously
• Communication is key, and so you must be highly skilled relating to customer services with confidence and professionalism
• Be a great problem solver, enjoy resolving issues and enjoy variety in your work
• You must be confident working with databases and MS Office packages
• It also helps to have a sense of fun and not be afraid to get stuck in!
