Salary: £71,000 - £75,000 (Depending on Experience)

Location : Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

Benefits: 25 days annual leave,

Up to 20% bonus

The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced candidates to fill the OTC (Order to Cash) Information Technology Manager Role within the Global Information Services (GIS) division at Caterpillar. The selected candidate will provide leadership to a team of IT professionals (Caterpillar and Agency) and be the subject matter expert and trusted advisor for all things related to OTC ERP applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large & complex business transformations

• Work with our global business partners to deliver world-class IT solutions

• Manage an annual budget of $10M+ including SOW's / contracts with multiple vendors

• Maintain an RBM budget within +/- 1% monthly, quarterly, & annual forecast

• Senior leadership report-outs related to accountable transformation projects

• Participate in internal and external SOX testing and audits

• Ensure timely remediation of SOX or control deficiencies

• Escalate non-compliance to leadership

JOB RELATED STATISTICS:

Personnel: 10-25 Management and/or Salaried employees

Basic Qualifications:

• Position requires a four year degree from an accredited college or university and/or progressive experience in OTC (Order to Cash) ERP applications

• Demonstrated Supervisory experience

• Demonstrated previous technical and managerial experience in ERP applications including experiences in SAP & QAD and/or other related order management applications

• Practical experience with a broad background in IT Controls, cloud, systems hardware, system software, support and development methodologies, business planning, project management, and customer application needs

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• ERP deployment & release standards

• Understanding of IT business operations and processes

• Strong understanding of ERP processes with a focus in SAP and QAD

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to lead teams and people across all levels of the enterprise

• Strong business and technical skill set
