The Role

As a Hybrid Graphic / UX/UI Designer you will work closely with the Creative and Digital Team across all areas of the creative process from developing initial creative concepts, crafting beautiful designs and the delivery of varied creative work on behalf of a wide range of healthcare clients:

• Designing and presenting a range of creative concepts across print and digital
• Responding to creative briefs with ideas that are challenging, engaging and thought-provoking
• Clearly illustrating ideas through sketches and mock-ups
• Contributing to the entire creative process from brainstorming and presenting initial ideas, through to final execution
• Working closely with the wider Creative Team to share ideas, collaborate and producing cutting edge work

To be successful for this Hybrid Graphic / UX/UI Designer vacancy you should be working as a Designer within a creative advertising agency where you are crafting beautiful pieces of design and flexing your conceptual muscles. You don’t have to have experience delivering pharmaceutical briefs, but must be an experienced creative-thinker and craftsperson that is able to demonstrate a real passion for working in healthcare advertising:

• Excellent core skills Photoshop / Illustrator / Indesign / XD
• You should be forward thinking in digital with UX/UI experience as user experience is at the core of all of their work
• You should be accustomed to working on web design, mobile web design, apps and brand
• You will be a real team player with a positive, enthusiastic and dedicated attitude
• A strong, varied portfolio demonstrating award-winning art direction, ideas, experiences, print, moving image and digital work
• Strong understanding of typography and layout
• Strong understanding of usability and interaction design
• You should have strong attention to detail and exemplary communication skills
