We are looking for an experience Self-Employed painter and decorator to join our team. They will be working on large scale projects as well as planned and reactive maintenance jobs. The candidate will need at least 3 years experience working on both residential and commercial properties. The work will also involve some labour work as and when needed to help on projects with loading and unloading large deliveries etc.
The candidate will need to be well experienced in the following:
- Applying protection to properties before works commence.
- Filling and rubbing down areas
- Stain blocking
- Prepare and paint walls, ceilings and woodwork
- Caulking
- Colour matching
- Cleaning after works complete
The candidate will be working in both vacant and occupied residential and commercial properties for high end clients, therefore they need to be professional, courteous and polite.
They will need to bring their own tools. They will be provided with Hi-Vis, and hard hats.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £150.00-£200.00 per day
