As the Receptionist you will cooperate closely with the HR Department and the EA in order to ensure smooth running of the office. You will be based in our new office in St James’ Park and will cover a range of duties. Reporting to the HRBP, you will support them and the business needs.
This role will be worked in shifts of either 8am - 1:30pm, or 12:30pm - 6pm.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Being present on the front desk
- Greeting visitors upon arrival, and collecting them from main reception when applicable
- Booking in guests and arranging meeting rooms
- Replenishing office supplies
- Arranging couriers
- Assisting with travel arrangements for business trips
- Sorting and distributing post
- General administrative duties
- Working with the EA on office related tasks
- Working with the HRBP to assist with first day arrangements for new starters
About you:
- Able to commute to St James’ Park 5 days a week
- Confidence to work with employees at all levels
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient with Google Workspace
