Location: Dublin City

Hybrid: 4 days in the office and 1 day wfh

What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Reporting into the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Ireland.

The role will operate across jurisdictions including Dublin and London, specifically looking after the Dublin team while working closely with the finance team in London. This role will report into the EA to the CEO, Ireland and Head of Finance. The EA is based in London.

Key duties:

The role sits within the Finance team and the team based in the Dublin office. This role holder will be responsible for running day-to-day duties in the Dublin office, which include managing a seamless front of house operation for internal and external meetings and providing support for the Dublin office and the London finance team. Activities include team diary management, arrangement and expensing of global travel, minute-taking, database management and ad hoc requests. As they are moving to a new office, this may also include any necessary tasks to facilitate the set-up and organisation of the new premises, such as ensuring it is replete with basic equipment and dealing with suppliers.
