Build A Rocket Boy is developing EVERYWHERE, a new platform that offers a world of endless possibilities, where you can be whomever you choose and forge your own path, and MindsEye, a triple-A story-driven action-adventure game.
Publishing Production at Build A Rocket Boy is the central team to coordinate and enable the studio to bring quality products, and exciting content to the players.
As Publishing Producer, you will be part of a key team helping with aligning goals and roadmaps across the studio.
Responsibilities
- Work with development, marketing, and operational teams to maintain product roadmaps and milestones the studio needs for coordination and achieving their business goals.
- Build and maintain roadmaps and define and track milestones for your publishing initiatives.
- Own kick-off, track schedules, and ensure timely deliveries for project initiatives across teams to bring content for our F2P and AAA title to players in line with the studio's quality standard.
- Act as a focal point for release to market process and projects.
- Clear and regular communication of progress to stakeholders including management, executive teams, and external partners.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and track risks, and propose solutions for project risk mitigation and issues, escalate where necessary.
- Support the team by implementing process, and practices that allow them to release high-quality work efficiently and on time.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in production or project management role in the games publishing or digital content space
- At least one released F2P game or AAA game
- Familiarity and working knowledge with productivity and management tools (Jira and Confluence)
- Multi-language localization experience
- Experience working with outsource teams.
- Understand publishing on multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile)
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills.
- Can communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within publishing production and throughout the company.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
