The role
BT Redcare sits at the heart of home and business security, bridging the gap between customers, installers and Alarm Receiving Centres. Backed by BT’s trusted technology, and the largest R&D budget in the UK. The Recdare order desk support Alarm Installers in providing the technology that connects their systems to our network
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Order Desk Manager.
- Ensure systems used for ordering have all the correct data, such as BOPs Order Tool, Ultra Agent, Oracle.
- Working closely with Redcare stakeholders – Technical teams, Account Managers, Product Line.
- Managing daily workflow of orders into the team.
- Daily reports to warehouse to dispatch kit.
- Managing orders raised via online shop.
- Place orders to a high standard of accuracy.
- Liaising with Alarm Receiving Centres and Installers.
- Dealing with escalations and priorities for kit ordering.
Skills and Experience
- Supplier management.
- Knowledge of key systems – Oracle, BOPs, Ultra Agent, BT Wholesale.
- Knowledge of BT Redcare product.
- Excellent order management skills.
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and meeting deadlines are vital to the success of this role.
- All communications and feedback to be of an excellent standard with clear and concise written and verbal interactions evident at all times.
- Provide specific information when requested to support the business in its strategic aims.
- Maintain records as required to ensure the integrity and security of information.
