The role:
As the creative project manager, you will be the main contact for all stakeholders working with the creative team. You will the bridge the gap between the creative team and the stakeholders we work for, maintaining excellent relationships with both ensuring they understand every requirement of the briefs and are clear on the delivery plan you create.
You will play a key role in the creative briefing process, obtaining information from the stakeholders and working with them on creating briefs for the team ensuring they get all relevant information to produce excellent creative work.

Your core duties include:
  • Creation of project delivery plans identifying key delivery dates working with the creative services manager on creative resource
  • Managing project pricing and budgets
  • Continually reporting on project status to stakeholders
  • Organising key stakeholder meetings
  • Report on team’s workload flagging any issues to stakeholders that affect project delivery
  • Resolve any issues with the standard of output and delivery of projects.
  • Work closely with senior creative team to review all work and ensure stakeholder requirements are met
  • Work closely with creative services manager to ensure all projects are resourced properly
  • Identifying process enhancements that optimize efficiency, and overall, the quality of delivery

Skills and experience required:
  • Strong project / account management experience in creative agency or in-house creative team.
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders and client relationships
  • Ability to create excellent creative briefs which deliver all stakeholders needs and can be translated by the creative team
  • Ability to report delivery status whilst managing expectations of stakeholders
  • Excellent understanding of creative processes from concepts to delivery
  • Confidence to present and explain project delivery plans to senior stakeholders and colleagues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to network and make strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • A drive for high-quality creative output
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Monday
  • Good understanding of brand guidelines and tone of voice

Flexible working:
