Electrical Supervisor is required for a Commercial CAT A/ B Fit Out Project based in Surrey. This is a great opportunity for aElectrical Supervisor looking to join a project from the very start. As the Electrical Supervisor you will be managing commercial fit out projects throughout Surrey and potentially London.
Our client has won a number of awards In construction due to their quality and customer service and can offer great career progression, The company are a M&E contractor with a turnover of £25m+
Electrical Supervisor Duties
- Supervising Sub contractors
- Managing a team of 3-4 Electricians
- Make sure all work is carried out to a high finish.
- Working under the Electrical PM
- Looking after the project when the Electrical Project Manager is not there
- Point of contact on site for the client
- Manage labour requirements.
- Liaising with other trades and management on site
- Ensuring handovers are met smoothly without any issues
- Deliver of weekly toolbox talks
- Management of in house trades up to 10
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Pushing the team on.
- Health and safety check weekly basis
I am looking for a Electrical Supervisor who has previous experience managing commercial projects through from start to completion. This is for an ASAP start but our client is happy to wait for the Electrical supervisor up to 2 weeks.
