e-Commerce Marketing Executive

About The Role

We are in search of a dynamic, skilled, and passionate digital marketer to help our team drive the success of premium CBD and wellness products on major online marketplaces.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role is ideally suited for a marketer with a track record in product and brand marketing on Amazon and eBay, blending technical knowhow with a flair for e-commerce and great digital brand activation.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for management of a portfolio of 50+ SKUs across 6 brands on Amazon and eBay
• Execute and buy search & display activation across Amazon platforms (Search & Display DSP)
• Implement best practise search & display techniques including keyword selection, tracking and optimisation approach
• A/B testing search strategies
• Enable the sharing of search & display learnings across markets
• Keyword benchmarking and optimisation to help our brands win in search results
• Manage Amazon and eBay stores day-to-day, including customer relationship management, providing KPI analytics and product management
• Networking with commercial stakeholders to create unified, winning promotional plans
• Collaborating with our creative team to deliver class-leading content
• Working with web developments team to ensure high brand visibility and search success, in coordination with other digital platforms.
• Onboarding new product listings and gaining approval for A+ content. SKU, ASIN and inventory management, merging internal processes with those of the online marketplace.

Personal Attributes Required:

• Strong technical skills with MS Office applications, MS Teams collaboration and file sharing systems, and in-depth knowledge of using e-Commerce platform portals.
• A blend of commercial knowledge, creative copywriting and digital presentation skills.
• An open and friendly approach to negotiating with a variety of business departments, in an SME, multi-national business environment where personal ownership is key.
• Perseverance to move projects from idea to execution at pace.
• A keen attention to detail with content that can be highly scientific and industry-specific.
• Robust project management and organisation skills.
• A passion for health and wellbeing and knowledge of CBD and legal cannabis-derived consumer products will carry you far in the role.

Experience Required

• You will have working knowledge of the Amazon Vendor Programme and have experience working in FMCG, health and beauty or pharmacy product categories
• Brand and product management for consumer products.
• A particular advantage will be your experience of controlled product categories with compliance and regulatory restriction and how to work within and around them to deliver the marker plan.
• Creative abilities on design packages are a possible advantage, but not essential as long as you are used to networking with creative colleagues to brief and create content.
• Programming and web development knowledge are not essential, as specialist teams are in place to support this area.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year
