The CTPLD/CTASD is an effective team to work in with a shared ethos, mutually supportive and a positive team dynamic. We work with others across the service to draw on specialist knowledge and support.

You will be supported to carry out the following duties, responsibilities, and training...
You will hold a case load of people with Learning Disabilities and Autism and will be required to fulfil statutory duties on behalf of the service. The post involves assessment, support planning and review, direct work with people who have a Learning Disability and or Autism as well as general case management duties.
You will be provided with a laptop and a mobile phone to enable remote working.
