About the role

As the L&D Coordinator, you will assist the Head of Talent Development and the People Projects Managers with the day to day coordination and administration within the team. The role will include scheduling of and coordination of all learning programmes, administration of the Learning Management System and People Projects Tracker and general administrative support.

Your duties may include:

· Manage the end-to-end coordination of all Talent Development programmes and workshops globally (including planning, scheduling, communications, logistics and reporting)

· Administrate programmes and workshops through the LMS, including supporting digital learning solutions and online communities for blended learning initiatives.

· Monitor evaluation summary reports following the delivery of training courses to measure feedback.

· Monitor completion of training and send reminders where needed.

· Manage the learning inbox & respond to queries.

In terms of location, we have offices in Bath, London and Teddington, and we are happy to explore flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Please note that travel to other BMT Offices or to attend meetings will be required. This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.

About you

You will ideally have experience of working in a similar role and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You will be capable of working with people globally and communicating with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.

You should have excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

It would be great if you have experience of working with Learning Managements systems but if not, we will be happy to train you in our system (Cornerstone)

Ideally you will be minimally qualified, working towards or be happy to undertake CIPD Level 3.
