Property and Development Assistant
Blenheim Estate is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Real Estate team. You will also work towards achieving your Masters in Real Estate with the University College of Estate Management as part of an apprenticeship. You’ll study using UCEM’s state-of-the-art online learning environment and digital library, supported with guidance from highly experienced tutors.
Supporting the Property and Development Manager, this role is extremely diverse and will cross all property workstreams, with a primary focus on the management of the commercial portfolio, supporting on estate developments and a wide range of other real estate issues across the Estate.
