Sales Support - Dungannon
I am delighted to be working with a leading commercial vehicles company, who due to expansion, are looking for a Sales Support Representative to join them on a permanent basis!
Working Hours: 8.30-5pm
The role:
· Coordinate sales support
· Customer queries / complaints
· Processing sales enquiries over the phone, email and face to face
· Outbound sales calls to new and existing customers
· Coordinating delivery schedules and timings for vans
· Stay on top of stock control and pricing
· Administrative duties
· Other ad hoc duties as required
About you:
· Previous sales support experience
· Knowledge of vehicle parts is essential
· Good IT skills
· Hold a full UK driving license
· Knowledge within the vehicle / motor industry is desirable
