Pay point 10 to 14 (£23,620 to £25,409)

37.5 hours per week

The BOA Group is a unique and outstanding creative educational hybrid, committed to the highest standards of excellence. We are a growing Multi-Academy Trust - expanding from a stand-alone trust with Maverick TV and the BRIT School as founding partners - offering creative hubs for the expressive arts and for specialist technical and digital skills. Currently comprising of three academies; ‘BOA Creative, Digital and Performing Arts’ (opened in 2011), ‘BOA Stage and Screen Production Academy’ (opened in 2021) and ‘BOA Digital Technologies’ (opened in September 2022). We also have the Old Rep Theatre, in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, within our portfolio.

We are at an exciting time of growth and are now seeking to expand our Marketing and Admissions team. You will support in the implementation of strategic and operational marketing & admissions plans for the Trust to continuously improve and drive good levels of student recruitment and engagement. You will support in the admissions and appeals processes and assist with the running and monitoring of multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract and retain potential students.

You will need a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise effectively with competing demands at peak periods, throughout the year. Excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels will be key. We are keen to attract individuals with proven experience working within a school or similar establishment and a good working knowledge of Admissions and Appeals as well as MS Office and SIMS.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference to the future of education within a world-class academy trust. If you share the BOA Group’s vision and ambitions, possess a strong desire to work within an ethos of creative collaboration and partnership and want to have a positive impact on young people, families, and the community then we would be delighted to hear from you.

Although hours will normally be 8.15am-4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 8.15am to 1.45pm on Fridays, flexibility is a key attribute as there will be a requirement to attend some evening and weekend events.
