Who we are looking for
A Sports and Betting Customer Service Advisor that will be the heart of sport and betting communication with our customers.
Our Customer Service Department has its own dedicated team solely for sport and betting related queries, including Football, Cricket, Horse Racing, Tennis, plus many other sports.
Although a passion for sport and our industry is desirable, we provide a comprehensive training plan therefore no experience in the industry is necessary.
The position is offered on a full time basis working any five days from seven, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
The starting salary for this position is competitive increasing to £24,960 per annum upon successful completion of training. A generous bonus scheme and a range of other benefits are available.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working policy where you will have the option to work up to three days from home.
Successful applicants will need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
