Award-winning family business Beanmachines is looking for a Service Co-Ordinator who loves working in a close-knit, friendly team to help manage their rapidly growing customer base nationally.
Responsible for answering inbound calls regarding servicing and booking in service work and managing engineers’ diaries for our fast-growing team. The successful candidate will be hands-on, organised, able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team, must be thorough and possess good communication and customer service skills.
Core Duties
- Diary management
- Answer telephone calls and dealing with customer enquires using all communication methods
- Accurate recording keeping and logging of customer enquires
- Upselling servicing products when booking in engineer repair/service or call out
- Meeting deadlines and monthly targets
Essential role related knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience at selection
- 1-3 years of diary management and customer service experience required
- Sales experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team player
- Enthusiastic
- Must have a good telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal organisational and time management skills
- Customer focused
- Able to think on your feet and problem solve
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
- Able to record accurate information
- Able to forward plan with a proactive and reactive approach
- Smart appearance

Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
