SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Born in 1932 in Florence, Badiani is one of the most famous gelato producers in the world. With two shops in Florence, Badiani expanded to the UK in 2015 and now counts nine stores in London and two in Spain. Badiani embodies the Florentine artisan culture that becomes an award-winning product of excellence. Our greatest passion is to inspire people through our amazing gelato flavours, beautiful spaces and great customer service. Our ambition for 2023 is to further grow our brand in UK, Italy and Spain!
A new and exciting role in the marketing team, you will have a solid understanding of social media platforms and multiple accounts, channels and pages. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining our social media content to grow our reach and engagement. You will collaborate with the wider team to deliver successful campaigns and projects for our Stores in the UK, Spain & Italy to meet the agreed company objectives and targets.
Responsibilities:
The social media manager will be responsible for handling all social media channels, producing fantastic content and supporting the wider Marketing Team across delivery and execution of all marketing plans across the group.
Key focus on channel specific content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Develop social media strategies to increase reach and engagement
Develop and implement influencer marketing and content creator programs
Create engaging content and visual assets for social media posts
Utilize platform specific tools to drive KPI’s
Analyse data and results to improve social media strategies
Monitor competition and identify industry trends
Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
4+ years experience in social media content creation and managementExperience and passion for food and drink industry
Experience in developing and implementing influencer marketing and content creator programs
Ability to work at a fast pace and prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent knowledge of social media and understanding of current trends and best practices
Creativity and design sense
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical skills and ability to use data and results to improve social media strategies
Fluent in English. Spanish and/or Italian a bonus.
