In this Internship, you will work on the technical infrastructure behind our revenue engine.
You will work directly with our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to identify bottlenecks, build internal tools, automate workflows, connect systems, and deploy AI where it creates measurable commercial impact.
Role description
What You’ll Do
Work on our GTM operating system
Build the systems powering our entire customer lifecycle – from first lead to closed customer and expansion.
Build internal applications and workflows that help SDRs, Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and leadership make better decisions and execute faster.
Turn fragmented processes into scalable systems.
Automate the revenue engine
Identify repetitive or inefficient workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success and automate them.
Build automations for areas such as lead enrichment, routing, qualification, follow-ups, pipeline management, customer onboarding, and retention.
Connect our GTM stack and ensure information moves reliably between systems.
Integrate AI into real workflows
Move AI beyond prototypes.
Build AI-powered workflows that help us qualify and prioritize leads, analyze calls and customer interactions, identify opportunities and risks, generate insights, and automate operational work.
Experiment rapidly with new models and tools and turn successful experiments into reliable internal products.
Build, don’t just recommend
You will personally implement what you design.
Depending on the problem, that might mean writing Python or TypeScript, building an n8n workflow, connecting an API, querying a database, prototyping an internal application, or working with our engineers on a deeper integration.
You should be comfortable moving between commercial conversations and technical implementation.
Drive measurable commercial impact
Technology is a means, not the outcome.
Your work should ultimately help us generate more pipeline, increase conversion, shorten sales cycles, improve retention, or allow our GTM organization to scale without adding unnecessary complexity.
You will work closely with GTM leadership to identify the highest-leverage problems and own them from idea to measurable result.
Requirements
You are a builder. When you see a broken process, your instinct is to understand it and build something better.
You have strong technical skills and have worked in Python and/or TypeScript
You have hands-on experience building automations and integrations using tools such as n8n and APIs
You are comfortable working with databases, APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
You are interested in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and the systems behind how SAAS companies create revenue
You can translate an ambiguous business problem into a technical solution without needing a detailed specification
You move fast, iterate, and are comfortable shipping a first version before everything is perfect
You are fluent in English. German or another European language is a plus
Bonus Points
You have first experience in a dynamic start-up environment and have worked on technical solutions
Tools like HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, Intercom, PostHog, or similar platforms are not entirely new for you
Ideally you have worked on or build internal tools, AI agents, lead-scoring systems, enrichment pipelines, or automated outbound workflows.
You have worked in an early-stage or high-growth startup where speed and ownership mattered more than clearly defined responsibilities.
